No regions or auto-detect in channel scan

Trying to get NextPVR running on Mint. When I try to scan for channels, I have no luck finding anything. The drop-down menu is totally blank. The tuner is identified adapter0/frontend0 (Realtek RTL2832 (DVB-T)) The connection to the antenna works fine when plugged into the TV directly. Any ideas?

When you installed did you follow the wiki https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/nextpvr-helper and use the option --install-recommends ? There are files missing and it would be either that or Mint doesn't install them them the same way as standard Debian/Ubuntu

If you forgot the option try

sudo apt install hdhomerun-config, dvb-tools, libdvbv5-0, dtv-scan-tables, libc6-dev
