I was able to fix the issue. The problem was in the Jellyfin container not NextPvr. For some reason, the docker compose file Linuxserver.io provides had jellyfin running with its own static IP outside my network. Ie 192.168.0 instead of 192.168.1. I deleted that line in the compose and jellyfin found and downloaded from pvr immediately. Thanks again
