DVB-T2 tuning

I have a Hauppauge wintv dual tuner DVB-C and T2. In Wintv, i have found the free channels that i have been looking for. But when tuning with nextpvr 5.2.5 the free channels are not found. Only 7 other encrypted channels are found.
I think there could be missing a frequency. I added a frequency to wintv's terrestrial.xml in public folder and wintv which did the difference.
What is the path for the frequencies for nextpvr on windows and Raspberry pi?

5.2.5 is not supported any longer and there have been many digital tuning changes since than and more coming On Windows the ini file is in data/Tuning/DVB-T and in Linux it is /usr/share/dvb/dvb-t
