Kodi and Nextpvr Issue

Hello Everyone

I have setup my server with ubuntu server 24.04 and nextpvr. I have installed Kodi on the Firecube and added the nextpvr plugin.

It all works great when just watching a channel until i start recording another channell.
Then what happens is when watching the channel it skips back and then plays again and then skips back. 
Does this on any channel that is being watched while recording is happening on another channel.

Any Ideas what might be causing this.
