The logs don't go back that far. Does the recorded year show on those recordings? If not that would be the reason and the problem would be the source EPG. One way to tell would be to run http://ip:8866/service?method=recording....lter=ready and see if they have a separate year field.
If it has a year monitor upcoming recording and once you see potential duplicates send us the logs before they role over there almost always is an explanation.
