With the browser, it still have to be converted to m3u8. We can''t control a poorly configure ffmpeg although it is not transcoding. Kodi should tell you the real speed since it takes the remux out of the equation.
Since you didn't' want to suggest anyway that NextPVR could help you eliminate Dispatchrr and there is no NextPVR issue, I am done here Good luck.
I've just started playing with dispatcharr as well. Maybe try setting (in dispatcharr) your channels as redirect rather than ffmepg. So that nextpvr will be redirected to the source. That could remove a layer of proxying an processing.

It would be great to get help getting NextPVR up and running under Dispatcharr.
I tried the direct stream option within the channel list m3u link, but NextPVR cannot start the stream. (Streaming Failed (transcoder exited))
