I've updated the NextPVR builds to the new v7.1.1.260616 release. This addresses a few issues with the large release last weekend.

- fixed SAT>IP scan
- added Linux libdvbv5 update for DVB-T2 scan
- workaround Windows scan missing non-spec channels
- fixed issue with DeviceHostLinux in arm/arm64 builds in last build.
- audio/video sync improvements in NextPVR.exe
- improvements to scan popup sizing in web app
- now showing toggling play/pause button in uiclient apps
- new movies screen if you have a video library called 'Movies'.
- improvements to playback of mp4/mkv files in uiclient.html
- updated scan frequencies for DVB-S FTA in NZ.

Should that be updated Scan frequencies for DVB-S UK (Astra satellites on 28 degrees)?

Both were updated but there was no FTA update for the UK.
