Cape-City's myHTPC Theme / Skin for GB-PVR

Hi,

I'm using GB-PVR out of myHTPC and had tried to get the same look for it,
like in the myHTPC theme I use.

I just modified the Blue-Skin for my own pleasure, maybe some of you finds
it usefull ... so here it is ...
