350 Remote Problem with 150MCE

Ok. So I just got my nice new 150MCE and added it to my 350. Everything is working great until I noticed that my remote no longer works. I searched the board and see lots about this combo not working together. My question is: has there been any solutions to making these two work together and if not what is a good replacement for my old Hauppauge? I have a usbuirt to control my sat box so I only need something to handle my gbpvr controls.

If you haven't found the answer, I had this nearly exact problem. I posted my solution here.

Essentially, you shut down the pvr150 during the startup of the IR Remote, then reenable the pvr150 card.
The solution includes a M$ download and a batch script to run at startup to hack the system to work.
