Thanks Sub. I did the install and transfer and went right to the Desktop Client and everything looks normal. All my existing recordings and show info etc. are now showing up in the desktop client. I did notice some stuttering and problems here with the new PC and new Nextpvr in Desk client so I also copied the newer NPVRTSReader5.ax over to the new PC. And that fixed the delayed video startup and slight stuttering. Everything now "looks" and works perfect (or so I thought)
However with the new PC (also Windows 11 pro system as the old PC) I found that I have some new issues.
1. can NOT access the web UI at all. The normal log in "admin - password" doesn't work nor does the old log in and password I used on the old PC for NPVR log in work. Also the "show status" is blank. And bringing up "settings" via the desktop client brings up the Web "log in" screen where none of my login or passwords work.
So the desktop client seems to be working perfectly but the web UI log in name and password doesn't accept anything including the stock original. I'm thinking my next thing would be to run the install process again which I assume would re-install nextpvr but retain all my settings?
Would that then allow me to log in with the stock initial user and password and allow me to continue to configure the rest of the settngs?
