normanr is right, it just can't find VLC installed on your PC. Either manually edit the webStreamer.xml file, or hit the Settings button at the bottom of the streamer page.
I was hoping to use my free time this week to finally get out the new build that takes care of a bunch of issues; just my luck my trusty Toshiba tablet is out for 5 days for warranty service
screen started wobbling a tad too much when I swiveled the thing, haha.. hopefully I can have my little machine back soon.
and anjo, yes the source is "omitted" from the zip. I'm actually a fan of open source, but I see no benefit from releasing badly disorganized code of a beta version that no one would understand but me. When things are finally settled down, I'll clean up the code, add comments, and probably have the source go out as well.
