I've cleaned up the sidebar plugin menu and plugin page. I think it is a good balance. The sidebar lists quicklinks to active plugins, ones with sourcecode and unsupported plugins.
The Plugin page is less cluttered and has links to plugins by category and version.
New plugins that get added don't need anything special to happen. All new plugins will populate the "Active Plugins" list. If they mark a category on that page, it will populate that group as well. I made the active plugins goup the first selection, so a complete list is either one pick (direct from side menu) or two (Plugins side menu and then "Active Plugins" main page) picks away.
