I'd still like to use the TV out. Before I decide to go and upgrade... anyone out there got the PVR350 TV out working with the new release?

The upgrade for me, complete with database migration, went very well. The one and only quirk I've noticed so far is that my aspect ratio for live TV wasn't right after the upgrade. I had to hit F7 a couple of times to get it right and the correct setting seems to have stuck.

I did post some very brief instructions about this earlier today in the 'v0.97.7 survival guide' thread: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=16130

No, you dont have to do anything. Everything is already installed and ready to go. Just run the ChangeDatabase.exe utility in the gbpvr directory.

I have run the database migration and all stages said it was successful. However, I now seem to have some problems that may be date/time related. The first indicator was that I couldn't watch LiveTV as it said both tuners were being used (not so). After this, the recording icon on the systray showed as recording. I then went into TVGuide and did a quick record on two channels. The times were correct. They showed red as usual. I then went into Pending and it showed the correct current times but it thought the shows were due at some later (or earlier??) time. I also can't cancel the current recordings I set previously.

Now, the end recording time for the above shows has passed but the shows are still red in TVGuide. Even after 'cancelling' these shows, they stay red. However, I can record another two current programs! But I can't cancel these, either.

I can't delete any of the Pending progs, either. It takes some time thinking about the Delete command, comes back normally, but doesn't delete them.

I'm getting a bit confused!!

Can you try to cancel them, then zip and attach your logs so I can take a look?

Ah, perhaps I needed to kill all processes and start all services again. I think it is OK now. Sorry for the crap above.
