Thanks

I'll have to check this out on the weekend. I have no free time other than to skim these posts during the week.

McBain, could you post the most current release of the SkinPlugin here for PVRX2 so we can see if I have messed something up with trying to maintain two versions?

OK, will do it tonight (8-10hrs from now).

edit: just download and installed the Community Skin and SkinPlugin from the wiki and I can confirm the plugin, at the least, is the old version. Will upload the latest files later tonight.

I was getting confused between the SkinPlugin dialog and the new one I'm working on for the Cinema Listings plugin-it's this one that shows the log file path :o
-------------------------------------------------------------
So, lets try and fix your problem Blue Racer...

Run the SkinPlugin and try and change (to keep it simple) just the background, press play (ctrl-p) to apply changes and then zip and attach the following files:
* gbpvr\plugins\SkinPlugin\SkinPluginHelper.exe.log
* gbpvr\plugins\SkinPlugin\SkinPluginHelperCommands.xml
* gbpvr\Plugins\SkinPlugin\CurrentTheme\Theme.xml

For the test it may be best to do this from the PC as I havnt got an MVP setup to test this all with and that may be the problem (although it may not :p ) Thanks for your patience with this Smile

Is this something that sub needs to do or is it something for the community skin?

psycik Wrote:Is there any way with CS3 of having the selected and non selected buttons the same size - or closer to the same size?
Has anyone noticed this question? I read through the thread and couldn't find an answer was given.

I tried installing 1.0.* today (upgraded from 0.99.12 to 1.0.8 and immediately to 1.0.16), and the WAF was zero - already reverted to 0.99.12! This was one major issue with CS3 and BlueMCE2 theme - the wife hates the fact that the buttons use this graphic effect of shrink / grow relative to the unselected. She wants the old UI where the buttons didn't change size and only the menu scrolled.

Any help here guys?

Thanks,

GGF

Hi all,

Upgraded from 0.99.12 to 1.0.8 and then to 1.0.16 today, and the WAF was zero. One issue is the fact that when using the BlueMCE2 theme, going into the Recordings screen, the color and size of the fonts are awkward:
The program name uses some pale-blue shade while the details are white. Further, the details are the same size or larger than the program name. This made it near impossible for the wife to use. How can I change that?

After a couple of other issues (not all to do with CS3), I downgraded back to 0.99.12... :-(

Thanks,

GGF

That is a graphic effect that is hard-coded by sub in PVRX2 and cannot be changed by the skin.
