Sorry I thought you weren't going to be around so I didn't bother. Attached is for next week's NASCAR Kobalt 400 and Boyd Gaming 300. CWT on request only,

Got it. This naming convention has to get ugly on your end. :-7

The name mapping is really ugly for sure. Even in the guide data zap2it aren't consistent

The attached updates the NASCAR list from the web hopefully that will work, it's good for about 3 weeks so I should be okay keeping this done behind the scenes.

Yeah, last week, it failed for me for the Sprint Cup race because it didn't recognize the name - of course, the race didn't run over, so no problem. The Xfinity series race did run over and was fine.

I had to make the attached change for F1 races, they aren't consistent either. Sometimes it is "Grand Prix of ..." and sometimes they show "... Grand Prix"

Note: Speaking of Grand Prixes IndyCar isn't currently supported because the demand isn't there. It's not a stretch to add it but I'd have to convince Slugger to update the backend.

Nah, no demand for IndyCar here - we only watch Indy itself, and may snooze through bits of that :-D

On the wiki there's an update to NextEnd to use Slugger's changes to his monitor and now the NASCAR/F1 race name should not matter, it is based on race time. He also added FIFA WWC. Timely for me with F1 in Canada and WWC in town this weekend.

Thanks for letting me know. When I heard on the radio the next day the race ended so late after over a three hour delay. I wondered if someone recorded it.

From another post I saw that this may only be compatible with Schedules Direct zap2it based data. No I won't be supporting new mc2xml data, spend the $2 bucks a month.
