gEd, if you want to, you should also be able to get rid of that big bit of space shown in the screenshot between the channel icon and listing. You can adjust the Placements further up the skin.xml.
Thanks, exactly what is was looking for. Also, are there currently time variables for the OSD skin, I'm trying to add the currentTime to the channel info display. No hurry, just tinkering with the new release.
lol - just get a supported card already Big Grin. It should work, but I suspect you'll need its DLL in 'plugins' directory and a subdirectory.

Yeah, it was a weird bug. Only popped up in 99.12. Hopefully you nailed it!

I'd love a new card. Finances prevent that at the moment. Unless someone wants to make a donation ... :o

I have installed the new 1.0.8 and am very impressed, thanx once again sub.
I've got one small question:
It seems like the 'menufont' is different to the 'listfont'
see:

I'm using the new GUI with Dutch as preferred language.
Software:
- GBPVR v1.1.9 using PVRX2
- NVidea Purevideo Decoder
Hardware:
- 3 X Hauppauge PVR 150
- Media MVP (RGB) on SONY 14" 4:3 CRT
- S-Video on SONY 32" 16:9 CRT
Computer:
- P IV 1.8 Ghz
- 768 MB DDR
- Ati Radeon X1650 Pro Graphics
Drives:
- 40 GB System (XP Pro)
- 300 GB Data (Recordings) on Lacie Firewire
- 160 GB Data (Video) internal
- 120 GB Data (Audio) internal
- 60 GB (Images) internal

Next upgrade: Faster CPU / more mem.

Can I still adapt the GUI to overscan ?
in config.xml:

<!-- overscan control (border size in pixels) -->
<OverScanBorderX1>15</OverScanBorderX1>
<OverScanBorderY1>15</OverScanBorderY1>
<OverScanBorderX2>20</OverScanBorderX2>
<OverScanBorderY2>20</OverScanBorderY2>
<OverScanVideoAlso>false</OverScanVideoAlso>
<!-- Aspect Ratio settings -->

But this has no effect... :-(

No, they're definitely using the same font. It becomes obvious if you edit "C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\skin2\blue\baseskin.xml" and set the default font to 'Forte' or 'Times New Roman' or something equally ugly - you'll see its used on all screens.

Then why is the 'menufont' less 'smooth' as the 'listfont' ?
De one on the right is definately more beautifull.
