Not the tuner card, the video card. Control Panel -> Display -> Settings tab -> Advanced.

From here, it varies with the card/driver version.

I've got a couple of systems running GB-PVR. For me, this happens on one when I use VMR9 and the other when I use VMR9-Custom Renderer. Whichever yours is set to, try the other setting and see what happens.

I don't think it's an issue with my video card, everything else is aligned fine in Windows.

Yup, setting it to VMR9 Custom did the trick. Thanks.
