I believe I have found the cause for the problem.
When I turned off the Web-Server, standby started to
work. Although it is nice to be able to access GBPVR
from outside via the Web-Server, I leave it turned off
now.
Please find enclosed the filemon-logs of the two scenarios,
one with and one without the web server. You will see, that
there is a lot of activity in case the web server is active,
but basically no activity in the other case.
I have set the standby timeout to 1 minute.
