Adding a bigger video card should definitely improve your video quality.
Try adding the Radeon and see how that works for you.

Well I installed the radeon 9250 and everything is playing smoothly. Thanks to everyone who helped me get setup and running! Watching Live TV and recording it and both never stutter or shake.

I will now try my luck at skinning, see how that goes Smile
