thanks for the tip - I've been there. I have it set to HH:mmConfuseds since during the install of XP (with nothing for the AM/PM - no "tt"), yet GB-PVR shows "1:10pm"...

Don't include me in that debate. Ok, so it's not really part of the EU. But it sure does look like that from North-America. Everything is relative...

bgowland Wrote:The 'official' time format for the UK is the 12 hour format and although it's been a while since I installed a copy of Windows, I'm fairly sure that's the default. I personally prefer the 24hr format for anything computing related (as I presume martin123 does) so I always set the time format to HH as shown in the post by pBS above.
Whatever you say sounds correct, but you know what? I changed the language and location (sorry, I did both changes at once) from "English (Canada)" and "Canada" to "English (United Kingdom)" and "United Kingdom" - restarted GB-PVR, and Voila!!! got my 24H time!!!
Now, I know Sub is not doing this, it's .NET - but now we know - they, at least in the function set GB-PVR is using, are ignoring the customizations, or at least ignoring them in some cases, and the location does influence this behavior!

Of course it's part of the geographical Europe, it's a member of the european union, they just didn't accept the euro as their way to pay. Although they aren't hesitating to accept your euro's. There are other european countries that aren't member of the european union but definately belong to Europe, e.g. Switzerland.
