When I open the Program Information dialog box by left clicking on a program name (Guide or Guide2), there is no 'Record' button - is this by design...

PS - do you show the version no anywhere? - if not it would be a good idea.

Yes....in the footer if you hover your mouse over the copyright you will see the current version.

No....as long as the programme you are looking at is in the future or is currently airing you should see the record button.....if you look at something that is in the past then you will not see the record button.

Are you looking at current or future shows when you see this behavoir?

Works fine now - Only thing I can think of was that I was playing about with DVB-T Radio settings in the gbpvr DB round about that time... screwed something up obviously - another senior moment perhaps :eek:

No problem....

Episode search doesn't seem to work. The searches are done instantly and it never finds something. I ofcourse tried with items that are there. Any ideas?

Some more strange stuff: If I run EWA on the server I get the config-tab, when I run it from my laptop through the lan there is no config tab.:confused:

Edit: I restarted ie-explorer and EWA, guess what: config tab is back

Did you setup guest access (no option in Config)? You don't have to I just want to know if you did.

Do you have auto login from the network enabled?

The Config and Search tabs should dissapear if a session variable is not set indicating that you are not a guest user. This occurs in the login process which is executed with each new access to ewa (meaning you closed your browser and then opened it up and reconnected again).
