sweet, can you see what im doing wrong with the antialias stuff? like i cant get the black box to go semi transparent.
once that is working right, ill upload it to the wiki.

No, I never fooled with that g dot stuff. I wouldn't let that hold you up. Release it and if someone wants to tweak that, they can.

I have the opposite problem; all the dialog boxes I do are semitransparent and the background shows through. I have been trying to figure out how to make them solid. I started my plug-in off the comic example. I can;t see what is diffrent between that and the weather one, but there must be something. I don;t really get the .NET graphics stuff either.

when i use g. it leaves the stuff on screen even when you arent painting it, but if i use Graphics.FromImage(compositeScreenImage). it is removed once not painted, but its not transparent. i prefer it not transparent in the skin im doing, but want to make it transparent for the blue skin

Nice, except I can't get the multiple locations to work properly. If I add several locations, I can only see the first location in the "Current" and "Forecast" (nothing happens when I try to switch locations by pressing right arrow). For the "Map", it switches map locations, but the heading stays the same (i.e. it always shows the heading for the first location, but the map changes correctly to the next location).

wierd, i never touched any of that code, it should work. ill look into it later.
only code i touched was placement of the graphics/text, and more use of the skin file. oh and up on the top button went do to bottom, down on bottom button went to top.

Sure would be nice if one could (when selecting degrees to C not F) also display the other data in a metric way (visibility in km, windspeed in m/s and so firth). That'd make the plugin very close to perfect.

well if you want to do that, by all means do it, im only making the plugin more skinnable, all im worried about.
