I'm not really sure what to suggest. With your database here the menu option shows up ok. It doesnt run because the path doesnt exist on my machine, but it certainly shows up.

Sub, I figured out what it is (I think.)
I added the exact same external program on the server as I did on the client and now it shows up! They are apparently linked somehow. I'm not sure if that's working as intended. Perhaps the client is reading the server's config file or something..don't know. Ah, I didnt realise you were on a client machine. Yes, it needs to have the entry in the servers database.
