It has to be a bug in my code and it's just a 'naming' error. What we can see there is actually impossible - even with two cards of the same type, it's not possible to connect the tuner filter of one to the capture filter of the other.
In short, that is a Nova-T tuner - it just has the wrong label on it. :o
In that case, they must have changed something in the drivers which means the code I use to get signal stats no longer works. Slightly annoying but no big deal. Thanks for your time - at least it helped uncover that bug.
