GetMux1Frequency() out of bounds exception

Thanks - unfortunately it didn't tell me much other than the frequency is correct and locks with that utility. Further reading also suggests that Hauppauge drivers will automatically compensate for +/- 166Khz variation anyway so that's not the issue.

If you PM me your email address, I'll send another set of binaries. I don't want to post them publically as they're purely for testing the scan stage and not suitable for general use.
