Using the latest (2.0.3376.36437) I still don't get any renaming.
Here's the log, but it doesn't look like any of the new checks are catching any problems.

Any ideas of what I can look at on my end? I've checked read/write permissions on my recordings drive and folders.

Where's the jpg coming from? Are you doing other processing in the Post Processing.bat?

I'm not really sure where the .jpg's come from. I don't do anything other than comskip in postprocessing. Something seems to create a copy of folder.jpg with the latest recordings' file name. If I delete any .jpg's and .edl's in a recording folder, I still can't get Ultra_post to rename the recording.

Version ...40219 is working when I try it manually now. I'll throw it in to the Post Processing flow and let you know how it goes tomorrow.

I've been playing around with this a bit more, and noticed 1 thing. If I record the same program on 2 different channels (like the SD and HD versions or the same show) the second rename doesn't work because there is already a file with the same name (despite having a different extension). Would it be possible to add a "-2" to the name the way GB-PVR does automatically?

In my previous post I was wrong about why the second file (when recording SD and HD versions of the same show) wasn't getting renamed. It happens because the comskip file would end up having the same name, so the rename gets canceled.

otherwise Post is working well to run comskip and rename all of my recordings.

The latest version is still working pretty well, but I have had an issue over the last couple of days, where the file initially gets renamed with just the name and date (as if the subtitle and SeasonEp info is not available). If I try to rename them again the next day the new name gets built correctly in Post or Enhancer, but the rename doesn't work because the files have already been marked as renamed.

Another thought,
Where is the record stored that says whether a file has been renamed? If I could just reset this on a case by case basis, that would be fine.

That would take some explaining, and I'd be happy to do explain if this creeps up again. But I'm pretty sure I know what went wrong and fixed it...

OK. Post will only get a new SeasEpNum if it was missed before. However if there wasn't one before and Ultra renamed the subtitle using the ProductionCode, then Post will not get a good query. That means that for Post to catch new seasEpNums correctly (when they appear) you should not have EpOnScreen chosen as a fallback in Ultra Enhnacer...

The new version (correctly) only creates a date for a sub_title if the sub_title doesn't exist. If it does, then a title-sub_title filename is created as normal

Survivor contunes to haunt me, because of the RenameTitle proceduer from both Ultra and Post. Actuall it's a matter of setting the ini file correctly. I always get an error, all the time when dealing with Survivor, but not breaks, everything carries on, and so I'll leave it. Maybe till the end of the series :-)

The last error, is because I had stopped the GB Recording service in the middle of a Simpsons and two files were created. The code doesn't handle that yet. I'm aware of it...

MythBusters is usually problematic because when they put out a new episode they air it so many times in the first few days. I inevitably end up recording it more than once...
