baud/bps Wink yes, me, me.

I was lucky that the national phone company supplied me with a surplus 9600, firmware updated to 1400bps modem from their "call generation" department.

It was amazing the quantity of freeware/shareware that would fit on a 10mb drive. I've still got an image of the machine archived....... 165mb for all the downloads and messages!.

I've still got all my CPMUG 8 inch floppies that I bought.
