The Leadtek site shows it does DVB-T, does your model have 2 x antenna connections?
If you try and set up a capture source with the digital recording plugin, and select the DTV2000 - you should be able to sca for DVB stations - if you have a decent antenna connected.

But, as Sub said - Hauppauge has great nativ support within GBPVR.
