So does mine - it must say something when the seasoned users think it's a good idea (especially the old onesSmile)

I cheated, knowing how few people seem to read the documentation forum I asked for 10 votes when all I really wanted was 5 :p

Thanks ACTCMS your vote counted! (Well everyone actually thanks)

Would still love to have some new users comment on the following attached as well as everyone else, well, this is a democracy?

These were the first things that came into my mind, not looking for explanations and meaning here, yet, just what have I missed? GBPVR specific on the Glossary? You'll know what I mean when you read the attached .txt but please no definitions yet just maybe missing stuff on the straight glossary Wink

Please anyone interested just append straight into the post with your comment or if you alter .txt file give it a new name (prob best your forum name) so I can track.

Cheers

Steeb

Whurlston,

in some ways you've done exactly what I didn't ask for! BUT populating this tree is exactly what we need. Have I missed any entries to the Glossary?

dvb-t

and C?

My idea would be that this would all fall under DVB heading?

Quote:codec

I deliberately left this out of my list (but perhaps I shouldn't have?) Actually I think you are right, let's have a Codec entry. Up to you 1 sentence or 2 explaining compression/decompression, bring it on Big Grin

Quote:.ax /how to register codecs

I don't know about this, you would have to guide me.

Cheers
