I've got this as well. My work around is to program(event ghost) the "enter" button on my Haup MCE remote to a "right mouse click" and toggle down to "audio settings" open it and select the desired stream BUT if I don't remember to push the mouse to the top right corner after my intial logon it stays on top. I'm not having much success geting EVGST to emulate mouse movement.
BTW, I've also got low voice volume on video playback. The music and sound effects are booming yet dialog is but a whisper.
but I think this has more to with "AC3filter" settings than NPVR... any ideas?
