Recording panel not working on PCH/NMT

roy you only need to un-tick the recording panel option in the TVListings setting & it will work on the NMT again.

The still showing on the menu after removing a plugin is a NextPvr problem that hopefully sub will get to one of these days.

thanks for providing the logfiles. I've added an additional check inside the panel startup routine to detect when the mvp server's now playing element is ready. Can one of you please try again if the attached version fixes the problems on the nmt?

Roy: you definitely should not keep several copys of the tv listings plugin inside the plugins folder, they all are being loaded by npvr and this might cause unforeseen consequences.

Thanks Alibert, I removed all old versions of the plugin from the folder.

No, this version did not fix it for me. (edit: yes it did - see post below)

This did the trick on my system (see sig) - also TV Recordings okay on NMT. Using default skin.

This is a v.nice enhancement - I also added the SubMenu plugin so as to clean up the nPVR main menu which works a treat.

After further review - it is working for PCH now. Took a reboot of the PC and a few reboots of my 2 PCH's (I run 2 MVP servers) to get it going, but looks good now.

I have just noticed a problem that appears to be an NMT only problem, after playing music & stopping playback the recording panel doesn't reappear on the MainMenu whereas it does when testing on the PC?
