Recreate the recurring event and problem still the same. Attached here are the screenshot for your reference.

@Sub.. I renamed the original .exe with a "(original)" in the filename, then pasted your new one to the directory.

The new .exe still didn't work. I have an idea. The recurring-backup.xml has events with the incorrect times as well. The following should start at 4:58 AM and end at 7:00 AM. NPVR.db3 also has incorrect times.

It's five hours off for both times.
Is it possible that something is being stored with a different time zone instead of mine? I am in Arkansas, USA -6 GMT.

Also I've tried making a new recurring event and that still reports wrong times. (If you are +11 GMT and I am -6 GMT that would make 5 hours difference, right?)

The times being off in the database and xml is just because you're looking at the GMT times. I'm sure this isnt related to your problem.

Can you post a screenshot of the times you see on the info popup (before clicking 'update'), and a screenshot of update popup.

I've always had the update totally change my original recording times basically resetting to current time as well. I'm at work for now but will try the fix too. Thanks for bringing this up.
