NShared.HDHomeRunRecorder threw an exception

Your logs show you having firewall software stopping data getting from the HDHomeRun to NextPVR.exe. ie, typical HDHR problem - driver shows signal lock, but never delivers any data. When you do add firewall exclusions, allow the communication with NextPVR.exe, NDigitalHost.exe and NRecord.exe.

I completely turned off the firewall, and was able to get some channels from the scan. But it doesn't seem to find nearly all of the channels that the HDHR software finds. Logs attached.
