config the default screen refresh

balls, i just tried the out bool in the render method, and since if they are viewing the movie info, the scrollingtext box should always be moving, i always returned it as true, but then this got me caught in a forever loop. i cant really see a way out of this, so i request again for the ability to alter how often the needsRendering() method is called, using something like
pluginHelper.RenderInterval = 200 (ms).
