I haven't seen a single announcement on TV about this - how many people are waking up this morning thinking their TV is broke?
I only bumped in to the info on the net a couple of weeks ago - thought we were all over with retunes now - I read somewhere that the authorities only consulted Mobile comunications experts about 4G - not a single TV expert!
It's not an overly complicated system - it's more - overly simple operatives
