Hi SUB, If you look on the previous page, the digital ready people sent me the info - i have cut and pasted it into the page. It shows the frequencies, but don't look like the same length as people have posted before.
So i can't confrim as i wanted some input fromn the info i pasted on the previous page.

These are the numbers listed for melbourne - see how they are 6 diits in length. Where do i find these 6 digit numbers ?

ok i think i have worked it out, you leave out the commas.
This is what i get from the pic on the previous page and will test tonight and get to you all:

Frequencies for Melbourne, none of the channel frequencies are changing but in many other parts of australia the channel allocation is changing, this mainly affects regional areas.
It is a little confusing in the spreadsheet from ACMA.

177500 = 177.5 Mhz = Digital Channel 6 = HSV 7
184500 = 184.5 Mhz = Digital Channel 7 = SBS28
191500 = 191.5 Mhz = Digital Channel 8 = GTV9
219500 = 219.5 Mhz = Digital Channel 11 = ATV10
226500 = 226.5 Mhz = Digital Channel 12 = ABV2
557550 = 557.5 Mhz = Digital Channel 32 = C31 Melbourne

The stations have kept their old callsigns but moved to different digital channels during the move from analogue to digital.
Confusing isn't it! Hard for me and I used to work in Radio and TV.

I had lots of trouble finding a Channel -v- Frequency chart so I must credit
Seak on the AV Forum for this listing.

In australia when scanning for channels in NPVR always check the scan offsets box,
as some transmitters broadcast +- 125 Khz

The easy way is to use the "Australia All Regions" ini it will take a lot longer as it scanns all frequencies but it will find all channels.

OK guys, i just put that in the brisbane file and deleted all channes on the usb tuner and rescanned using brisbane. I got every single channel and a few digital radio stations as well.
I suppose this is it. I would probably want to do a few recordings to confirm, but looking reeeeaalll good.
