Auto Update EPG enabled, schedule blanked every few days

Same problem here around 4:10am. I'll try a different time. Just noticed it the last 2 nights. NRecord log shows an unexpected error and then proceeds to delete all the listings. Would be better if listing could be retained to ride through an occasional update failure.

Perhaps changing NPVR's Behavior to verify that it is not blank/no errors before merging it into the database. Then if errors rerun in 6 hours
if bad.

Got me again! How can it effect 1 system but not another when I'm using the same SD account?
This time it took 2 days to crap out. Usually, it's been 4 or 5. When it first started, it happened more than once a day. Very odd.

Happening to me here too, using SD. Time was 2am, I changed it to 7am and will see if it fixes it.

However, I am attaching logs in case anyone wants to more info or can tell more from them then I can!

Happened again this morning, same error. I had changed my update time from 4:00 am to 5:25:25 am and it has been ok since my earlier post on 3/8. WAF going negative. Here's part of my Nrecord log:

From what I've read, it sounds like this is a problem happening at the Schedules Direct end, rather than in NextPVR. I'll try to make sure NextPVR handles it more gracefully in the next release though.

Thanks much sub. I wonder if Robert has taken care of it since I've actually gone 5 days in a row with no problems.....shhhhhh, fingers crossed.

It appears to be random. I did contact Robert yesterday and he is working to track it down. Apparently there are multiple servers at SD so it may depend on assignment and timing of specific updates.

When I contacted Robert at SD, he had the following question which I couldn't answer:

"There's a time value in the returned XML that gives the application the
next suggested download time; does NPVR use that field?"

FWIW, after the last problem, I did change the EPG Update time to 4:58 PM but didn't realize that seems to have made the difference so far.
