New Metadata Screens for Recordings & Video Not working as expected

I do see 'Microsoft DTV-DVD Audio Decoder' listed in my list of AAC decoders. Is it not in the list for you?

Or are you looking for it in the HE-AAC list? It wont show up there.

Only shows LAV or Disabled under HE-AAC and in addition MPC Real under AAC

It could be because I have the MS DMO Wrapper disabled so it will use LAV for WMV files or because I don't have Windows MediaCentre installed on this PC.

Not a problem as most UK HD Freeview is HE-AAC

Resurrecting this old thread as I do like the metadata screen views for recordings etc. (Who needs Kodi) - but it's still not quite ready yet.

Problem 1 (from the first post on this thread) When you go back a level from the episode level to the series level it always goes back to the first entry - when you have well over 300 folders, it's a bit of a pain to find where you just were. The standard recordings screen used to go up a level with the folder you just left highlighted (ala Windows Explorer) In NextPVR 3.4.8 it now seems to go up with the folder you have exited visible, but often another folder highlighted.

Problem 2 I've been gradually producing the xml, nfo, fanart etc files to get the old TV shows to work in the metadata views.
One Title finishes with a full stop (A.D.) NextPVR removes the last one from the Folder and Recording Name (A.D) If you do the same for the poster (A.D.jpg) it won't show - you need 2 (A.D..jpg), and the xml doesn't show any info with either 1 or 2.

+1 on liking the metadata screen within NextPVR - keeps it simple, centralised. Just wish the metadata check was a wee bit smarter getting show details though.

Any chance of getting this behavior changed Sub? So that when you come out of Folder 200 (say) Folder 200 is Highlighted - at the moment it is always Folder 1

Also what is the name of the big black background element? - I would like to try and increase transparency a bit so the fanart is more visible.

& I reported it at least three time during the last two lots of testing but it never got fixed.
