Version 1.2 is now posted, let me know if you have any more issues, or would like any added features. FYI, I could load the queue in a matter of seconds if not for needing the synopsis information. Should I have the option to ignore synopsis?

Could you cache the synopses (and other scraped data) in a local file, so you only have to read them once per episode when they first appear in the queue? If you want to keep the cache file small (and fast), just write a new file after each load of the queue with only the currently needed synopses. Once an episode is out of the queue, it's not likely to return so there'd be little benefit in keeping an ever-growing cache of synopses, and therefore no need to worry about purging stale data from the cache.

Work like a charm, thanks for bringing back Hulu to my HTPC!

How about making it a little more remote friendly, I don't have a space bar on mine for a pause button. I would use the play, stop and pause buttons. And for some bizarre reason when I navigate the queue the Windows task bar flashes. That's on my Windows 8.1 box. Tried it on Windows 7 worked fine. Chock it up to another reason Windows 8 sucks! At least Windows 7 let me override the unsigned app. Windows 8 brings up the annoying Windows Screen box every time. Got to love Microsoft!

Hey Chris,

Apparently adding in remote keys is WAY easier than I thought It was, so I am working them into the code. But what do you typically use to close applications? I tried capturing the sleep/power remote button, but it can't be stopped. Would you want the back button to close the window?

New version has been submitted, WAY faster loading now at least after the initial. I was trying to keep from using a database, but this is just much smoother of a load. I also added in remote codes, I took a stab at what keys should do what. Let me know if they are counter-intuitive as I use Eventghost to handle my remote operations and don't usually work with IR codes.

I didn't even consider the different types of remotes out there. I use FLIRC and programmed it to the keyboard shortcuts from the WIKI using a HUAPPAUGE 45 Key remote. I hated having to use have a 2250 in a machine to use. As far as closing apps, I use ALT-F4 assigned to the power button. I would suggest using keyboard mapping that mimics the NPVR keyboard WIKI for standardization and let those of us worry about programming our remotes to that instead of you programming for every type of remote out there.

Thanks for that, Microsoft does love right-click and I am still a relative newbie to 8.x. Came on my laptop...

The OK "ENTER" button started a video from the queue, the Play "ctrl-P" button paused. After that Play "ctrl-P" brought up a print dialog. space bar did nothing so I brought my mouse and tried clicking the play button on the screen and nothing happened. ALT-F4 closed the video.

I restarted the video and toggled the pause with the space bar, how about instead of the space bar toggling play and pause the enter key toggles play and pause. That would make it remote friendly for me and I think for any one else too.
