My db file is too big to attach even when zipped. I get the UK version of Masterchef and the old versions of the others.

Can you go to the Settings->Artwork screen, and untick everything other than Schedules Direct, then delete your files from:

C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Media\Shows
C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Thumbs

The try going into the Recordings->Pending screen, and press enter on The Flash, Last Man Standing, The Goldbergs and Masterchef, and let me know if you now get the correct artwork? I think this will correct it.

When I have just Schedules Direct checked in the Artwork settings, it doesn't download any artwork when I open the popup in the pending list (just creates a *catalog.xml file). When I try to download via GetMetadataEntity(), it throws a System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException, "The given key was not present in the dictionary."

Edit: It is working (downloading the correct artwork) on the server, but no artwork is downloaded on a client. I get the exception on both the server and client.

What's the stack trace on that exception?

I suspect it would work if your Schedules Direct username/password was set in the client's config.xml. Longer term, it probably needs some smarts to have it pick up the artwork from the server. (I don't spend a lot of time thinking about client installs, so the thought didn't cross my mind)

The artwork options obviously don't need that, but aren't always going to get the right artwork (since it's using a simple name search).

Another problem with using just the Schedules Direct artwork is that the fanart seems to be the 4:3 aspect ratio for many shows even with the 16:9 option in settings.

SD art is old school for sure you basically get what is in the zap2it tv guide. It doesn't have covers. This is one reason I never use it with iGL.

Can you zip and attach an example, so I can check? It may be all they have available.
