Cant tune into channel in Kodi, works in NextPVR

In NextPVR? What's wrong about it?

in KODI, i will check in NextPVR and see... it just has wrong listings. assume database it references is wrong?

If it's right in NextPVR, all I can really suggest is resetting your database in Kodi to force it to reload the data.

If it's wrong in NextPVR, then we can work through it.

okay, so it only does this while trying to switch channels with the list. if i use the up/down arrows or the pgup/pgdn all the channels work.

If it works using one method, but not using the other, it's likely a bug in Kodi.

When you say 'switch channels with the list', which list? Do you mean the channel list that you get when you click the tv icon in the OSD while watching live tv? I just checked this, and it worked. As I mentioned though, this was with Kodi 16 (Jarvis).

People would typically zip and attach there log files.

on a side note, 21.1, 21.2 and 21.3 have all doubled up in my channel list in KODI. not sure why it has done that? should be using backend for channel list?

I'm also not seeing that here. Do you see them doubled up in NextPVR itself?

Have you tried Kodi 16 to see if you have the same problems?

The channel list that comes up on the left hand side if you hit the back button while watching something... or the slide out tray and hit channels. for now, i will switch channels the way it works.

its not doubled up in NextPVR, just in KODI. i cleared the channel list in KODI hoping it would fix that.

i will give KODI 16 a try next.
