I don't mean to be pedantic, but it's not entirely clear what your problem is. Are you saying that you get incomplete EPG from the over-the-air Freesat broadcasts?

It is not likely that your choice of tuner will affect that. It may be that there are NextPVR parameters that can be tuned once we properly understand the problem. Thanks.

After which transponder moves did the EPG stop working. Do you mean when the Freesat Home moved to a different satellite some time ago or something more recent?

Not necessarily a recommendation, more a report....
I use a PCTV nanoStick T2 290e that I got around this time in 2011 and it has been working OK since then.
There was an initial problem where it was running very hot but a newer driver sorted that out.
It does take a fairly high current and with it on my HP Microserver there were intermittent lockups and dropouts. Once I ran it from a powered hub it seems to just plod away without any attention needed.

The USB sockets on an HP Microserver seem to have a current limit of around 250ma so I had similar problems with August DVB-T2 tuner which worked ok in "T" mode but on a T2 signal took just over 250ma so was very intermittent until I powered it from an external PSU.
NextPVR Server - HP N54L Microserver, Windows 10 - Storage 2 X 3TB - Tuners DVBSky S952 Twin DVB-S/S2 PCIe, Hauppauge Twin DVB-T2 USB, Telestar Digibit R1 Sat>IP Server.
Clients:- 2 X RPi3, 1 X RPi4 and Acer RL80 Celeron Nettop all running NextPVR New Client on LibreElec.
