Two recent recordings that freeze if I try to skip forward (links to .ts chunks)

I downloaded the MPEG analyzer you linked to but I am not clear on how to tell if PMT packets are present.

In the PID 0 packets it will show you what the program map PID is. Search that PID on the file. For the two bad samples they were PID 48 and I skipped to the end of the file and skipped backwards filtering on PID 48 because I knew I could skip only in pre-padding.
