Actually, the more I look at your tuner status, I am beginning to think that the signal level is too high. According to SD, a signal level of 0 dBmV (and anything greater) = 100%. Anything above +10dBmV has the potential to place the tuner in overload and could cause signal clipping. If you have a 3dB in-line attenuator or a spare 2-way splitter (the unused port on the 2-way should be terminated to avoid ghosting echos), try inserting it before the Prime to see if that helps.
