Your 2nd test web page didn't produce any useful results so I started making various
modifications in order to get some debug info. Unfortunately all my tests failed,
whenever I referenced the hostname the same error appeared.
Ultimately, I decided to upgrade to NextPVR 4_0_4_170723 and the problem
went away for no obvious reason.

Unfortunately I didn't test the IPV6 local link address until after my upgrade.
This test loads the website logon page, no auto logon.

Unfortunately, I got busy on other matters, sorry for the late reply
and for all your assistance. This was a weird problem and I'm still
at a loss as to what might have caused it apart from some obscure
Windows !0 bug.
