Can't get NextPVR to work!

You need to run the 'Stop NPVR Service' shortcut, then replace the file, then run the 'Start NPVR Service' shortcut.

I have an android box with Kodi on it. Will it work from there if I just enable NextPVR from inside kodi or do I need some other piece of hardware to act as a tuner?

I haven't used any Android boxes with Kodi, but assuming it works like any other Kodi install, it should work. It doesn't need a physical tuner - it'll just use the IPTV virtual tuner.

Replace your nshared.dll with this one and it should start working. I had to fake the user-agent, otherwise your IPTV provider was rejecting it.

All was working fine after I took the Nshare.dll. Then my IPTV provider updated there service and gave me new MU3 URL and EPG URL. I loaded them into NextPVR and the TV Guide populated correctly but every time I go to watch a channel I am getting an error message "Unable to find available capture device (unable to connect to remote server)" . Any Ideas what might be wrong?
