Well, I did a reset of NextPVR, even before I submitted this, but assumed that the mapping issue that I was still seeing was affecting Kodi. I can only surmise that that solved the problem with the channel mapping there, otherwise, I have no idea why it's working now. Everything seems to be working, at least on the channels that I'm trying to record on.
