If you try to view this url in your web browser, do you see the list of recordings?

As far as I can tell, I can see Kodi asking for the recordings, and it looks like NextPVR is serving up the list of recordings correctly.
If you can supply your npvr.db3 file, I'll try loading your recordings up in Kodi here.

I believe the problem with the database is &filter=all and could relate the the status 3 conflicts which are not gettting cleaned out. Edit: there are three conflict records with bad data If you want I can clean them out. Martin

Hi Martin Edit anything you want and I will try it I can always restore the original files from backups atm anything too get the recordings back up and running I would like too know what's causing these problems and how too fix them so I don't have too keep posting when it happens When you say bad data what do you mean corruption of file ect where could this have come from FYI I'm running the latest versions of kodi, nextpvr client for kodi, nextpvr

When did you install the latest version of NextPVR?
There is a bit of bad data form the 12th March. I'm curious if that data was made by 4.2.4 or 4.2.3?

I downloaded the update on the 14th March Pretty sure I installed it straight away
I also recently updated the kodi client that may have been on the 12th I'm not sure tbh but the recordings were missing before I updated anything So I think the bad data was made by 4.2.3

This fix will only effect new listings though, not those already stored within a recording.
