IPTS service? I assume you mean IPTV service? If so, go into Settings->Devices screen, and double clicked the IPTV device, then click Import, and add the m3u and xmltv urls from your IPTV provider.
Thank you. I understand the IPTV system since I use IPTV Extreme. Entered my service there and it works well.
My issue is, when I download NextPVR I get “select a sever from the list” but there is no list.
In the upper right corner is “add server” which leads to a box suggesting and IP address; next line shows O.O.0.0. I assume that is likely 8866. I never see anything like IPTV or any other menu. I can’t get past “select a server from the list.” The wheel just spins. I’m lost as to what to do. Ive cleared data, reinstalled, etc. nothing seems to work. Tried the PC and it works on there, but Windows 7 can’t find my device even if it is plugged into my PC with USB

So it's working the service is working fine in NextPVR on your PC? ie, you can see you channels listed, and TV Guide etc, and can view live tv there?

Again any help would be appreciated.
It should just autodetect the NextPVR server on the local network. If you can zip and attach the NextPVR logs, I'll check what is happening with the auto detection.
Alternatively you can use the Add Server button to manually add your server. You'd need to enter your server's IP address (which is usually something like "192.168.1.25". The second field is the pin number. The default is 0000.
Is your address actually 192.168.1.25 though? I just gave that as an example - that is my ip address on my network. You'd need to use your IP address.
Also zip and attach your logs and I'll take a look at the auto detection. (ie head to the Settings->About screen, and click the "Zip my log files..." button)
Not to be a pest and thank you for all the help. Where do I locate Settings> about screen> zip my log files. From the Android box, modem box, or the computer? Second, I don't see an IP address assigned to NextPVR in my system page where everything else is listed such as phones, android box, Uverse, etc.

On your PC, where you have NextPVR installed. In NextPVR, right click and choose Settings from the context menu.

I'm assuming you're talking about some system page in your router. It wont be listed as being assigned to "nextpvr" - it'd be assigned to your PC. NextPVR is just one of many applications on your PC, and will use that same IP address as everything else one it.
You can also run "ipconfig.exe /all" from a command prompt on your PC to get the IP address.
