This is why you really need to upload zipped logs with posts.

just found the problem. nextpvr apparently doesn't like the transcoder in the INTEL setting. setting it to CPU allowed me to view the channels once again.

win7. I saw the message about it not working as a service in win7 but I tried it anyway so i could use my hardware encoder.

The Intel hardware encoder is working from a service in Win10, but there were issues doing this in older versions of Windows. It's a Windows issues.
